The Anti-bribery-certificate, ISO 37001

The Norm ISO 37001


Bribery is a widespread phenomenon. It creates serious social, moral, economic and political damage, undermines good management, hinders development and distorts competition. To support companies as well as their clients and other organizations to minimize such damage or even to exclude these, the ISO 37001 „Anti-bribery management systems“ was developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in Oct. 2016. 37 countries were involved in the development.

The norm is certifiable using independent third-parties, thereby increasing the reliability of the statements.
